Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Payments are made using the HSBC Global Iris electronic payments service. There are no credit card details held in clear text on any web site.

Local Authorities and account customers - invoicing option: Orders can be placed online and when reaching the payment section choose the option 'To be invoiced - Local Authority and Account customers' and not 'Secure payment by card'. Once an order is placed then we will contact you for an order number or you can e-mail us with the order number to admin@graffitihotline.co.uk

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling Orders will be despatched within one working day. Deliveries are made using a next day courier service and will need to be signed for. The total time for delivery is 1 or 2 days depending on the time we get your order.
